Preview Feature

The Preview feature in AGrid Configuration enables administrators to instantly evaluate how their settings will appear and function in the list view, without navigating away from the configuration page. This real-time preview helps ensure accuracy and provides a clear understanding of how changes will affect the end-user experience.

Preview Option for AGrid Configurations

Dynamic Updates: Any modifications made to the configuration are immediately reflected in the preview, allowing admins to see the impact of their changes.
Data Awareness: While previewing, changes made can potentially affect underlying data, providing admins with a realistic view of the outcomes.
Limitations: This feature does not support testing actions but still allows their visualization within the preview.
Previewing a Configuration

Preview Options

Use As: Define how the configuration will be displayed:
- List: Presents the configuration as a standalone list view.
- Related List: Renders the configuration based on the Parent Field Name.
- Intelligent Related Lists: Specify the Intelligent Related List Name to display lists based on specific conditions.

Display As: Choose how to enforce the configuration:
- Table View: Offers a structured grid layout for detailed record viewing and analysis.

- Card View: Provides a more visual, card-based representation of records.

Hide Header: Use the checkbox to remove the list view header from the end-user interface.
Hide Selection: Allows admins to hide the selection checkbox in related configurations.

Utilizing the Preview Feature

Object Reference Listing: A comprehensive list of reference fields associated with the related configuration is provided.
Configuration Type Preview: Based on the "Use As" option (List, Related List, Intelligent Related List) selected for the related configuration, administrators can preview it in the corresponding format.
View Type Enforcement: Administrators have the flexibility to enforce the AGrid Group List view as a Tab, Accordion, or Dropdown based on their preferences.
