Filters
Filters in the AGrid product are criteria sets added by users, enabling them to view specific or filtered content on the AGrid List view.
Filter Section Details
Field Name: Choose the field to display in the list view. Grid admins can select fields from the primary object or related parent objects. Currently, AGrid supports up to 5 parent object levels (e.g., Opportunity Product -> Opportunity -> Account -> Parent Account -> Owner).
Operator: Select the appropriate operator based on the field's data type.
o Text data type: Equals, Not Equal To, Contains, Does not Contain, Starts with, Ends with, Includes, Excludes.
o Number data type: Equals, Not Equal To, Greater Than, Less Than, Greater or Equal, Less or Equal, Between, Not Between, Includes, Excludes.
o Picklist, multi-select picklist data type: Includes, Excludes.
o Reference data type: Equals, Not Equal To, Contains, Does not Contain, Includes, Excludes.Value: Enter the value to apply in the filter. AGrid admins can input a static value or select a value from Global Variables.
Logic: Select a logic from the listed options
Note: AGrid currently supports Global Variables such as Custom Metadata, Organization, Profile, and User. You can utilize Global Variables for even Community-specific list view configurations.
How to Add Filters
As an AGrid admin, you can easily configure default filters to enhance your list view. Follow these steps:
Click on the Filters tab.
Select Add Filters.
Choose the Field Name, set the Operator, and enter the Value.
Click Save in the Filters section.
