Media Manager can be used in Salesforce Communities. The Salesforce Admin can add the Media Manager component to the Community. It can be used in any page in the community including home or record detail pages. Refer Adding Media Manager to record detail page for how to add the component to a community detail page.

Parent ID

The Parent ID by default is the {!recordId} to display the slider on a record detail page in Salesforce Communities

Specify the height of the Media Manager section. The default height is 400 px

File Type

Provide the file type Image/Audio/Video/Text/PDF. If the field is left blank, it accepts all the mentioned file types.

Get Files from Email Attachments

Enabling this feature decides whether to show files and attachments from Emails. This is applicable only to Case Object where cases are created by Customer Service Request Emails

Media Manager does not show any preview on Salesforce Communities. The Community has to be published to show the Media Manger component on Communities.
