Install the Package
Install AGrid package from AppExchange, click Get It Now from the application information page.
Login to your Salesforce Instance and click the package URL to install.
Choose "Install for Admins Only" (as per your Need)
Click “Install” or "Upgrade" if you are upgrading from an earlier version
Once installed on your Org, AGrid will appear under the Installed Packages section.
