Generate Public Download Link for files

Generate a public download link for a particular file and share it across to anyone. A view only file can also be created to share with anyone.

  1. Click the icon to share files on any file

  2. Click on Link to View to generate the view only link

3. Click on Link to Download to create a link to download

 

4. Prevent others from sharing and unsharing:

If the file has a public link, the users with the access to the file can still view and share the link when this setting is enabled
