Winter’24 Release Notes

  1. File Viewing Limit Control: Admins can configure how many files users can view, with a maximum of 2000 files.

  2. Introducing Date Literals: Admins have access to “Date Literals” such as “Today,” “Tomorrow,” and “Last N Days” when selecting a Date field, enhancing filter precision.

  3. Expanded Filter Criteria Options: You can now specify filter conditions using “All Conditions are Met (AND)” or “Any Condition is Met (OR)” for both record-based and file-based filters.

  4. Global Variables in Filters: “Global Variables” are available for filtering, allowing greater control over media management with options like Custom Metadata, Organization, Profile, and User.
