Configure File Browser

Configure File Browser

The Configure File Browser page is designed to empower administrators with an intuitive interface for defining record configurations and file previewing requirements. Integrating this configuration into lightning pages ensures that users can seamlessly preview related records and their associated files according to specified settings.

When you access the File Browser landing page, you'll encounter a comprehensive list view accompanied by essential buttons positioned at the top right corner: Import, Export (both files and attachments), and New.

The list view offers a robust array of functionalities, enabling users to effortlessly sort columns and apply filters. This capability allows users to navigate through data efficiently by sorting columns according to their preferences. Additionally, the filtering feature empowers users to refine their search results by applying filters to individual columns.

While users can apply multiple filters across different fields, only one condition can be applied per column. This ensures clarity and simplicity in data management. Furthermore, users can sort only one column at a time, enhancing ease of use and navigation within the interface.
