Spring’25 Release Notes

  1. Group By Related Object / Related Records: Organize files into categories based on fields like File Type, Related Object, and Related Record. This makes it easier to navigate and search files. 

    1. Available for "Files" or "Attachments" as file sources (not "Both"). 

    2. Files are dynamically grouped according to the selected criteria. 

  2. Custom Folders in Media Manager: Users can now create custom folders within Media Manager for better file organization. 

    1. Actions like Rename, Download, Bulk Delete, and Bulk Move are supported. 

    2. Multi-level folder structures are allowed for deeper organization.
