Winter’25 Release Notes

  1. Edit Image Features: Users can edit images with actions like Crop, Compress, Rotate, Zoom, and Reset. These actions are supported across all views.

  2. Image Compression Quality Settings: Users can choose from Original Size, Best Quality, Space Saver, or Custom Quality to balance storage needs. 

  3. Upload as New Version: Users can upload newer versions of files using the "Upload as New Version" action, simplifying version control. 

  4. View Version History: Users can view and manage previous file versions, including details like modification date, status, and version number. 

  5. Support for Previewing Files in Slider View: Users can preview Word, Excel, and MOV files in Slider view without requiring external applications. 

  6. Image Process: Zoom In & Out Using Mouse Pad: Users can zoom in and out on images by scrolling with the mouse pad or touchpad, with a "Reset" button to restore the original size. 

  7. Upload Files via Drag-and-Drop: Users can upload files directly by dragging and dropping into Media Manager, making file uploads quicker and more intuitive. 

  8. HEIC File Preview Support: HEIC files are supported in Slider, List, and Tile views, allowing users to view images directly without conversions. 

  9. Mobile Zoom: Slider zoom functionality is available. However, precise zooming for a specific area is not supported; only general zoom in/out applies.

  10. Media Manager Configuration UI Improvements: The header section is editable, allowing users to make direct changes, simplifying customization.
